The Human Attention Summit convenes the leaders shaping how attention is earned, valued, and protected in the age of AI. As artificial intelligence scales content, automation, and intelligence itself, the Summit explores what becomes more scarce: trust, creativity, empathy, judgment, and real human connection.
The Human Attention Summit began at Casa Komos, Human Ventures’ private hospitality space in Union Square, with opening cocktails designed for conversation and connection. Over Komos, The Macallan, and Dolardia, attendees heard welcome remarks from Joe Marchese and Esther Perel, who invited guests to be present and help shape the experience ahead.
Carefully curated groups gathered at standout New York restaurants, where chefs and owners personally welcomed each room. The evenings unfolded salon-style, giving attendees space to move freely and continue discussions sparked earlier.
We gave participants in Union Square a few minutes to play God. See what happens when AI sits in judgment of human aggression and empathy. How will we coexist?
